1, We will arrange shipping, inland transportation and de-registration after we confirm your full payment.

2, Partial payment will be accepted under certain conditions.

3, Our prices are based on FOB, C&F and CIF by Roll On Roll Off vessel. In case of container and your 　request, extra service charge such as vanning fee, terminal handling charge will apply on top of our 　prices.

4, For Auction Direct, we need Guarantee money of 50% for any auction purchase. This money will be 　used for your balance.

5, Payment Policy 　We accept the payment by wired transfer (T/T telegraphic transfer) and Letter of Credit(L/C). 　DO NOT accept the payment by Credit Card. We can confirm your T/T only during banking hours in 　Japan. (Banking hours in Japan are from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm everyday except Saturday, Sunday and 　public holidays.) Please send copy the payment form by fax or attach it to e-mail. If payment will take 　longer than 48 hours, please inform us by e-mail

6, Cancellation policy Cancellation is not allowed for only Auction Direct.

7, Car Conditions 　Our car purchase from auction houses is as is where is condition.

8, Refund Policy 　If we can not find you a suitable car within 8 weeks, we will refund your deposit after deducting bank 　charges.

9, Your countries import and registration restrictions 　This auto exportation is conducted based on the condition that customers are familiar with all 　necessary regulations, regarding car importing into your countries. When inquiring, please describe to 　us all the import restrictions of your country (eg. Must be less than 3 years old, must have airbags etc.) 　We will not bear any responsibility when it becomes impossible to import the purchased vehicles at 　your country.

10, Documents 　Upon confirmation of complete payment of order (& freight charges), we will send the following original 　documents by EMS or FedEx and others. 　- Original copy of Bill of Lading, 　- Invoice(describing unit & price) 　- Export Certificate (used be der-egistration papper) 　- Necessary documents such as English translation
